Indiana Environmental Cleanups 101

Join us for a training on the Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s (IDEM) cleanup programs, processes and tools for accessing public documents.

We will have interactive activities that will help you better understand how cleanups are handled in Indiana and how to use tools that will help you advocate for your community to improve health and the environment.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FREE AND INCLUDES DINNER.

-How does the Indiana Department of Environment Management (IDEM) ensure the health of the public and enforce environmental regulations?

-When a site is known to be contaminated and impacts the public health how does it get cleaned up?
